Post Traumatic Stress to Post Traumatic Victory

PTSD affects millions of people around the world. We usually relate it to people living in war zones however it can also affect people working in the service sector such as

  • soldiers
  • doctors/nurses
  • teachers
  • police
  • firefighters

it can also affect people who have been through a traumatic experience such as

  • a bombing
  • car accident
  • fire
  • armed robbery

PTSD can also affect people who have been either the victim or co-dependent in domestic violence situations.

Chances are you see people often who either are currently or have suffered from PTSD.

Time does NOT heal all wounds.

We CAN choose to take responsibility and go from victim to victor.
